Burmese People's Liberation Army thanks AA for military training support

Thanking the Arakan Army (AA) for teaching them how to conduct military training, the Burmese People'sLiberation Army (BPLA) commanderstated that he was satisfied with the initiative.

In the order sent to the graduation ceremony of their basic military education week (4), the BPLA commandersaid, “All the previous training sessionsof BPLA were conducted under the supervision of AA trainers, but in the week (4) we become capable of leading the training program by our own trainers. So I am satisfied. I am very grateful to the Rakhine Army memberswho taught me to stand up for myselfin this kind of program.”

He also offered special gratitude to the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) for providing trainingmaterials and extending other necessaryassistance.

Recognizing the benefits, the BPLA committed as an ally to the common political goal and revolution. It alsoassured that they would never betraythe allies.

Mentionale is that the BPLA was formed by several Burmese young people in liberated areas after the lastyear’s military coup in Myanmar. Now theorganization has around hundreds of armedpersonnel who are ready to fight against the military junta.

Earlier, the organization used to receive military training and other related support from the AA tomodernize their armed group.

 

Accordingto Wikipedia, BPLA was founded on 17 April 2021 by a group of 17 people,including Maung Saungkha, aprominent Burmese poet and human rights activist who had participated in the 2021–2022 protestsin Myanmar.[4] The logo of the BPLA consists of ninepeacock feathers arranged in a circle, a symbol of the last kings of Myanmar.[3]
