The Department of Meteorology and Hydrology announced that Myanmar experienced 62 earthquakes between March 28 and April 2.

The strongest earthquakes were detected in Mandalay, Sagaing, and Nay Pyi Taw, registering magnitudes between 2.8 and 7.7 on the Richter scale.

On April 2, at 10:57:14 pm, a small earthquake with a magnitude of 4.9 on the Richter scale hit the ocean approximately 53 miles south-southeast of Pyapon in the Ayeyarwady division, a delta area of ​​Myanmar.

Following this earthquake, it can be stated that Myanmar has experienced 63 earthquakes.

As of 8 am yesterday, April 2, the military regime reported 3,0036 fatalities, 4,515 injuries, and 351 individuals missing.
