On Wednesday, a fisherman in Myebon Township, Rakhine State, discovered a rare species of sea turtle.

Although sea turtles are frequently caught in nets, a local resident stated that he had never seen one like this before.

On the afternoon of July 16, a fisherman in Shin Taung Village, Myebon Township, caught the turtle.

Unlike ordinary turtles, the sea turtle's back shell has armor-like sections rather than being flat.

According to Wikipedia, the sea turtle is a scaly turtle.
